If you're visiting the farm for a guided hunt, please be conscious of the following:

  1. First and foremost, this might be a business, but it is also our home. Our children and pets live here. Please respect the grounds as you would your own.
  2. Please pick up after yourself. Discarded items can pose serious health threats to our dogs if ingested - and a couple of them will eat ANYTHING.
  3. You must DRIVE SLOWLY when entering and exiting the farm - please be conscious of children playing and off leash dogs.
  4. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes (but no more than 20) before your scheduled hunt time.
  5. All hunters MUST check in upon arrival and sign waivers.
  6. Morning hunts begin at 9AM and afternoon hunts begin at 1PM.
  7. Half-day guided hunts will be a maximum of 3 hours.  Full-day guided hunts will be a maximum of 7 hours (beginning at 9AM)
  8. Depending on number of birds selected, birds may be divided up and placed out in more than one run. This will be at the discretion of the guide.
  9. All guided hunts will require a deposit of $100 to reserve desired date. Seven (7) days’ notice is required on all cancellations. Cancelling any less than seven days prior to your scheduled hunt will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The remaining balance of your hunt is due at check in.
  10. A valid hunting license is not required.
  11. Any hunter under the age of 16 must have completed a state-sponsored hunter’s safety course or be accompanied by parent or mentor during the hunt.
  12. Bring your own shotgun and factory-made shells (reloads are not permitted).
  13. We recommend size 6 shot for pheasants and 7½ or 8 for chukar.
  14. Dress appropriately for the activity and weather. Layers are best.
  15. Wear appropriate but comfortable footwear.
  16. Bottled water will be available, however, feel free to bring your own beverages.  Be mindful that the consumption of alcohol is strictly forbitten prior to or during any hunt.
  17. Bird cleaning is available for additional fee per per bird. Whole breast only, no plucked birds. Only birds suitable for table will be cleaned.
  18. Bring a cooler and ice to transport your freshly-killed birds home.
  19. All game birds (pheasants) must be tagged before leaving the premises.
